dgb33 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") operates an online betting and casino service for players in Bangladesh. By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted all the terms and conditions set out below.

Age Restriction

dgb33 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. No person under the age of 21 may create an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game. We reserve the right to verify age, and in cases where false information is provided, we have the authority to close the account and forfeit any deposited funds.

2.1 — Registration & Identity Verification

• Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are identified, they will be closed and the associated account balances may be forfeited where applicable.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
• The platform may request a copy of a national ID card or passport for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. If there is any suspicion of unauthorized access to the account, the support team must be notified immediately.

2.2 — Account Suspension & Closure

dgb33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any reason, particularly in cases of fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, operating multiple accounts, or violation of the Terms & Conditions. Users may also request account closure at any time through support.

3.1 — Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. dgb33 currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits must always be made from the user's own payment account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• After a successful deposit, it should be credited to the game balance immediately. If there is a delay, please contact support.

3.2 — Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• The withdrawal process is generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be met before requesting a withdrawal (see Section 4 for details).
• Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts may be kept on hold.

3.3 — Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction appears to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious, dgb33 will refrain from processing it and reserves the right to freeze the associated balance if necessary. In such cases, the user may be asked to submit additional documents to verify their identity.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

The dgb33 welcome bonus offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; or depositing ৳32,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳47,000.

4.2 — Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing any winnings earned from a bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 — General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once. If the same person attempts to claim a bonus using multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another user.
• Before the wagering requirements are met, games may only be played using the bonus balance; withdrawals from the deposit are not permitted.
• dgb33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.1 — General Gaming Rules

• Users may only place bets from their own account. Placing bets on behalf of a third party or using a third party's funds is not permitted.
• dgb33 reserves the right to void any erroneous results or unusual winnings arising from technical errors or software issues, and to recover the relevant amounts.
• The rules for each game can be found within the game's interface. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, dgb33's decision shall be final.

5.2 — Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows wagering on markets across various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If a specific event is cancelled, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. dgb33 reserves the right to void suspicious bets.

5.3 — Prohibited Activities

• Misuse of bonus offers or bonus hunting is strictly prohibited.
• Match fixing, use of insider information, and arbitrage betting are prohibited.
• Operating games through automated software, bots, or scripts is prohibited.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the system is prohibited; such issues must be reported to support.

dgb33's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%, Silver up to 0.5%, and Gold up to 0.8%. Advancement to a higher tier depends on gaming activity.
